1 Please carefully read each section of the Acceptable Use Policy below. This policy governs your use of all company-provided technology resources, including but not limited to: computers, mobile devices, email systems, internet access, cloud services, software, and network infrastructure. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment and/or legal action. richtext
**1. Authorized Use:** Company technology resources are provided for business purposes. Limited personal use is permitted provided it does not interfere with work duties, consume excessive resources, or violate any policy provisions.
**2. Prohibited Activities:** Users shall not use company technology to access, download, or distribute illegal, obscene, or offensive material; engage in harassment or discrimination; install unauthorized software; attempt unauthorized access to systems; share confidential data externally without authorization; or engage in any activity that compromises network security.
**3. Email & Internet Usage:** All email and internet activity conducted on company systems is subject to monitoring and logging. Users should have no expectation of privacy when using company resources. Phishing links and suspicious attachments must be reported immediately to the IT Security team.
**4. Data Security & Confidentiality:** Employees must protect proprietary and confidential information at all times. Sensitive data must not be stored on personal devices, shared via unapproved platforms, or transmitted without encryption where required.
**5. Software & Licensing:** Only company-approved and properly licensed software may be installed on company devices. Unauthorized software installations are strictly prohibited.
**6. Monitoring & Enforcement:** The company reserves the right to monitor, access, review, and disclose all data created, stored, sent, or received on company technology resources without prior notice. Violations will be investigated and may result in disciplinary action.
