Built for Real Needs
FormBuilder was born from a simple frustration: existing form builders were either too complicated or too expensive for everyday use. Development started in late 2021, and after over a year of building the core platform — forms, responses, payments, file uploads — FormBuilder launched publicly in 2023. Today, businesses across industries rely on FormBuilder to create everything from employee onboarding forms to customer feedback surveys, research questionnaires, and event registrations — collecting the data they need to make smarter decisions.
Our Journey
From the first line of code to the platform thousands of businesses use today.
Development begins. User accounts, core database architecture, and the forms engine are built on Laravel and MongoDB.
A full year of building: form responses, Stripe billing, file uploads, social login, email notifications, and subscription plans — everything needed to go live.
FormBuilder goes live with 15+ field types, a drag-and-drop editor, response inbox, Stripe-powered plans, and encrypted file uploads. First users start building forms.
The dashboard is rebuilt from scratch with Next.js and React 18. Faster, cleaner, and fully responsive. New response viewer, improved form editor, and team workspaces launch by year-end.
Another major rebuild. AI form generation, 30+ field types, conditional logic, advanced analytics, quiz mode, white labeling, and multi-page forms. FormBuilder becomes a full-featured platform.
