1 ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that personal training involves strenuous physical activity, including strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility work, and the use of exercise equipment. These activities carry inherent risks, including muscle strains, sprains, fractures, dizziness, fainting, heart attack, and in rare cases death.
