Open the submission in your inbox, click Export PDF. The file downloads instantly with the form title, all field labels, all answers, and any attached file names.

Can I export multiple submissions at once?

Yes — bulk export to CSV or Excel from the inbox. Filter the inbox first (by form, date, status) and the export respects your filters. Bulk PDF zip exports are on the roadmap.

Does the PDF include uploaded files?

The PDF lists attached files by name and size in a dedicated section. The actual file binaries stay in your workspace storage — open the submission for direct download.

Can I customize the PDF branding?

The PDF uses your form's title and a clean default layout today. Custom branding (logo, header, color) is on the roadmap — let us know if it's blocking a workflow.

Are exports available on the free plan?

PDF and CSV export are available on every plan — including the free plan. Bulk Excel export is available on paid plans; check pricing for the exact tier.

Are exports logged?
