Some features of FormBuilder require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected]. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but you will continue to have access until the end of your paid period.

FormBuilder makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content, and AI output should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or medical advice.

We have the right to suspend or delete your account if you breach these terms. For serious violations, we may suspend your account immediately without prior notice. For other breaches, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. You agree that FormBuilder shall not be liable to you or any third party for suspending or terminating your access. You may discontinue your use of FormBuilder at any time.

FormBuilder provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. FormBuilder's total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of FormBuilder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

FormBuilder reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or through the platform before they take effect. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our services before the changes take effect.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FormBuilder regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. FormBuilder shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
